Robert Littles

Robert is a very passionate individual when it comes to serving his community. His true-life ambition and moto of ‘leaving this world better than when he lived in it’ has been reflected in his professional and personal life journey. Robert has held senior level positions responsible for strategic initiatives in 4th Industrial transformations in the energy sector, Internet of Things (IoT), Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Smart Manufacturing. Robert has held various leadership positions for companies such as Rolls-Royce, Exelon and ABB. He has over 25 years leadership experience in Software Development, Program/Project Management, Engineering and Predictive Maintenance. Robert has been honored to present at the IoT Manufacturing conference in Silicon Valley and at Supply Chain Conferences in both New York and Chicago on innovation technology.

Robert earned a Master of Science in Engineering degree and a Master’s degree from the Wharton Business School, both at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a bachelors’ degree in Organizational Management from Cabrini University. Robert has an International Supply Chain and Logistics Certification from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology after spending a semester in China to achieve it.

Robert serves as a mentor to our youth, supports organizations that feed the hungry, but more importantly, educate and train individuals to qualify for well-paying jobs and/or business ownership. Robert champions the acceptance and equal treatment of all individuals and is passionate about eradicating hate!
