De’bora Johnson, is an accountant by profession. She has over 30 years of general and upper-level accounting, management and administrative experience. She worked as a controller for a Los Angeles-based investment banker for five years in addition to performing other accounting roles for various industries; including entertainment, legal, medical, local governments, and accounting agencies. Ms. Johnson has also performed accounting services for Don Polk and Vantera Commodities Group LLC. along with their associated families of companies for over 10 years. She performed services such as payroll for over 300 employees to developing accounting policies, and was also responsible for overseeing various accounting departments. De’bora also prepares both individual and corporate taxes, primarily for small businesses and nonprofit organizations. She also develops business plans, which include a full set of financial projections that have resulted in both debt and equity financing for new and existing business ventures. In addition to her role as an accountant.

De’bora studied, business, accounting, and entrepreneurship. She received an AA Degree from Los Angeles Trade Technical College, a Bachelor’s Degree from CAL State Los Angeles, and a Certificate of Completion in Nonprofit Management and Fundraising from UCLA.
